Injured Workers have a lot of questions about the Workers Comp process: “What is my claim number?” to “Can I play with my grandkids while recovering?” We work with your team, industry experts, and folks who’ve been on Workers Comp in the past, to make answers to these questions easily accessible to Injured Workers in their app. From “Quick Info” links on their Dashboard, to dozens of psychosocial resources and jurisdictionally-specific FAQs, so Injured Workers can find answers to their questions between calls, without asking “Dr. Google”.
Automated Check-Ins.
Psychosocial issues are the #1 barrier to successful claim outcomes, but it can be hard to keep track of how Injured Workers are feeling between check in calls. Jarvis sends frequent, short, check-in questions to Injured Workers by text or email, so they can easily let you know how they’re doing. When an Injured Worker gives a reply that needs more attention, Jarvis will flag their claim as “Elevated Risk” so you can reach out to find out more.
