JARVIS GUIDE

Lawyer Mode

Overview of Lawyer Mode

If a claim enters litigation, a Claims Professional can enable Lawyer Mode to turn off the 2-way communication features of Jarvis, to help ensure that all claim communication goes through the Injured Worker’s attorney.

Feature Details:

  • Jarvis deactivates messaging, document exchange, appointments, and Jarvis check-in questions to ensure all future communication goes through the lawyer

  • Jarvis sends the Injured Worker a notification that Lawyer Mode has been enabled to warn them of these feature changes

  • In the Claims Professional platform, Jarvis adds an alert banner to the Injured Worker’s detail and claim pages

  • Claims Professionals and Injured Workers can both still view the full claim history, including messages and documents, even when Lawyer Mode is active
