Overview of Documents
Through Jarvis’ Documents feature, Claims Professionals can electronically share and review documents and Injured Workers can electronically fill out and sign documents.
Feature Details:
Jarvis stores many organization-specific workers’ compensation documents that can be sent to Injured Workers at any time.
To save Claims Professionals time, Jarvis also automatically delivers specified documents to Injured Workers based on their claim criteria, such as jurisdiction, claim type, or claim status.
When a Claims Professional sends a document to an Injured Worker, Jarvis will send a notification to the Injured Worker (if document notifications are turned on).
When an Injured Worker updates or completes a document, Jarvis will send a notification to the Claims Professional (if document notifications are turned on).
