Appointments
Overview of Appointments
Through Jarvis’ Appointments feature, Claims Professionals and Injured Workers can add, update, and view treatment appointments for the Injured Worker.
Feature Details:
Stores appointment types that were determined by your organization.
Automatically sends appointment reminders to the Injured Worker.
Delivers appointment-specific questionnaires and guides to Injured Workers prior to their appointment.
Provides a space for Injured Workers to upload any files (e.g. Patient Visit Summary) or mark that they missed the appointment.
When a Claims Professional creates or updates an appointment, Jarvis will send the Injured Worker a notification (if document notifications are turned on).
When an Injured Worker adds or updates an appointment, Jarvis will send the Claims Professional a notification (if document notifications are turned on).
How To: Turn on Appointment Notifications
Click on Your Name in the top corner to access Settings.
Turn on Email notifications.
Turn on Appointment Update notification to receive document notifications immediately.
Note: Appointment Update notifications will send directly to your Outlook.
How To: View Appointments
Go to My Injured Workers tab or Add Injured Worker tab & use the search bar to find the Injured Worker.
Click on the Injured Worker to access the Injured Worker’s Profile.
Click on the Appointments section.
How To: View Appointment Details and Add Related Files
Go to the Injured Worker’s Appointments section (see How To: View Appointments)
Click on the Appointment
View appointment specific questions or next appointment details
Click Upload File to add a related files associated with the appointment.
How To: Add or Edit a New Appointment
Go to the Injured Worker’s Appointments section (see How To: View Appointments).
Click Add Appointment or Edit, as appropriate.
Fill in or update the associated claim number, appointment type, and appointment date and time.
Click Done.
View new or updated appointment in the Appointments section.
