Settings

Overview of Settings

Through Jarvis’ Settings, Claims Professionals can update contact information, notification alerts, and message settings. 

Feature Details: 

  • Email Notifications – receive email notifications directly to your work email. 

  • Daily Digest – receive a summary email of all notifications at specified times. 

  • Auto-translation – automatically translate messages to and from Injured Workers in their preferred language. 

  • Active Hours – define when you are available and send automatic replies outside of your active hours. 

  • Contact Information – this information displays to Injured Workers


How To: View Settings

  1. Click on Your Name in the top right corner from anywhere in Jarvis. 

Note: If you make updates to your settings, they will save automatically once you leave Settings.

How To: Turn on Email Notifications

  1. In Settings, turn on Email to allow emails to send to your work email 

  2. Toggle on the respective notifications under the Notify me immediately about… section to receive real-time Jarvis notifications for specific actions, such as messages or document updates.

Note: New Message notifications allow you to reply to Jarvis messages directly from your work email, and your reply will send to the Injured Worker in the medium they sent you the original message (i.e. text, email, in-app).


How To: Turn on Daily Digest

  1. In Settings, turn on Send me a daily digest 

  2. For each day of the week, set one or multiple specified times to receive your daily digest email. 

Note: If you turned on any immediate notifications in Notification Settings, you will continue to receive real-time email notifications for those actions.

How To: Turn on Auto-Translation

  1. In Settings, turn on Auto-translation 

Note: To update your Injured Worker’s preferred language, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to your Injured Worker’s Profile (via My Injured Workers > Search their name > Click on their row)

  2. Click Edit under their name 

  3. Update their preferred language  

  4. Click Done

How To: Turn on Active Hours

  1. In Settings, turn on Enable Active Hours. 

  2. Configure your active hours to reflect your regular work hours. 

  3. Set your automatic reply 

    • Note: this will be automatically sent when someone messages you outside of your active hours.

How To: Configure Contact Information

  1. In Settings, update Contact Information, as needed.

Recommended Settings

  1. Turn on Email notifications.

  2. Turn on New Message.

  3. Turn on Send me a daily digest for every weekday.

  4. Turn on Auto-Translate.
