Update the Claims Team

Overview of the Claims Team

An Injured Worker’s claims team can be updated by any Claims Professional in Jarvis. Updating the Claims Team will also update the members on the Claims Team Chat for messaging.


How To: Update the Claims Team

  1. Go to the My Injured Workers or Add Injured Workers tab & use the search bar to find the Injured Worker.

  2. Click on the Injured Worker to access the Injured Worker’s Profile.

  3. Click on the Claim Number to access the Claim Profile.

  4. In the right column, find The Team.

  5. Click Add Member to add new Claims Professionals.

  6. Click X to remove Claims Professionals.

Go to the My Injured Workers or Add Injured Workers tab & use the search bar to find the Injured Worker. Click on the Injured Worker to access the Injured Worker’s Profile.

Click on the Claim Number to access the Claim Profile.

Click on the Claim Number to access the Claim Profile.

In the right column, find The Team. Click Add Member to add new Claims Professionals. Click X to remove Claims Professionals.
